GLOBAL TELEVISION

Recently there has been talk about the creation of a global television broadcats, so all can be included in the world propaganda. I recently send E-mails to my friends about this and one reply is below.

I'm not sure, but don't we have this already? Let's think about this for a moment: We had cable, internet, and, yes, satellite. We know that cnn is liberal and that fox is conservative and you can get their broadcasts all over the world.

And let's face it, those who work at the respected stations above, the "talking heads" a significantly smorter than the rest of us. Just watch coverage of the President's(any Presidents') speech. They all have to tell us what we has said because, apparently, we are too stupid to understand it ourselves.

People really need to wake up. Yes we should be informed. Yes we should watch the news and make our own opinions based on dthe information given to us. However, we need to remember, these people have sources for their information and they only DELIVER the message. They have been misinformed before. Like a computer; garbage in garbage out.

Does the word propaganda mean anything to anyone? If the world goes to a global news broadcast, this will be the greatest form of abuse of the media and ultimately power. Keep them dumb a nd stupid and only give one source for knowledge and they will follow like lemmings off a cliff.
