BELOW IS A LETTER THAT WAS SUBMITTED TO REGIONAL MANAGERS IN ORDER TO FIGHT THE WRONG THAT WAS DONE TO ME!

I am requesting an open door meeting. I did follow protocol and procedure, going to my store manager, store 2480, Honesdale, PA, then market manager, and now regional, and if need be all the way within the parameters, to the end. I feel I was wronged, targeted and retaliated against. I truly believe, if one has a justifiable argument with truthful conviction, there needs to be no fear in presenting your case. I feel at I am being retaliated against for various reasons. One being that I know more and do more and even being more proactive than my APC and I feel that I am being pushed out by him in order to replace me for one of his friends. Another reason is that I confronted him about missing hazmat keys and when he denied knowing anything about it, I stated that I saw him take them on video. Thirdly, I feel that being instrumental in bringing down the APC from Pittston and having him arrested for criminal retail theft and conspiracy, I am being targeted for that as well. When I used the open door police, instead of me being heard, I was accused of being malicious and I violated policies. Everything in question about me, are excuses. My previous APC did the same and even more things that would technically violate policies, so why me and why now?
Below is a quick overview of why I am requesting the open door.
I was suspended on December 21, 2010, from work until the higher ups decide if I should be working there at Wal-Mart. I confronted my market manager for lying. Long story short, I was missing keys from the AP office, so I decided to back track on video as to what happened. Did observe my new boss, go into the rolodex on December 1, 2010, and take out keys and other information that I have and threw them out. I asked my new boss, and he denied touching anything. I showed it to store manager Scott and he told me to print everything out and show Richard, my market manager, which I did. On December 21, Peter Trimble, Market Human Resource Manager, Richard, Market Asset Protection Manager, Scott, our store manager called me into the office. There they twisted things around and instead of the issue of lying to me, they stated I showed malice by going after my new boss, and that I violated a policy in which I was not a salary member of management, and I had no authority to investigate. They also stated that they have information that I have allowed others in the AP to look at video footage. When I was asked by CSMs to look to see if a cashier was doing something wrong, I would look into it and if I did see anything, I would print out a picture, and even show them. My previous boss, Shara, would not only do that, but would even bring in cashiers in to show them as well. Now after August 10, 2010, until December 1, 2010, when Shara left, I was not only doing my work, but the APCs work as well, all within a 40hr time frame, I was doing investigations like this and all would say great job Tim, keep it up, you are doing great. A reminder that I was doing two jobs without management pay. Now I have a new boss and personally I feel I am being pushed out because I know a lot more than him and do even more and am more proactive than him. I have a new boss, like Shara was, that I feel, feels threatened due to the fact I know more and do a lot more, so he made an issue to the fact I use work E-mail, which is only to be used within Wal-Mart, to sending E-mails to the State police. I was called in to the office and there were the big guns from home office, Human resources and Asset Protection, and they asked me if I ever used store E-mail for outside purposes and I said yes only with the State Police. They knew that because the obtained all that. They state that what I was doing was wrong and it violated policy. They also stated that the times I helped the State Police on various issues, I did not follow policy as well due to the fact I did not receive something in writing from State Police letterhead requesting information. Now for 5-years I never had any issues, even with Shara, and even praised for the great work I do. Now all of a sudden this is an issue. Now I was suspended until they decide if my violation is a reason to fire me.
So they twisted it around and all of a sudden they found this little policy that they say I violated and suspended me. This is just a brief scenario of what took place.
