US Wants to Convert QUAD into “Asian NATO”

The US, which currently has a fierce conflict with China, certainly wants to strengthen its strategic positioning by creating a coalition of states wanting to resist China’s rise. Therefore, the US Department of Defense hopes that some Southeast Asian countries, mainly those that have territorial disputes with China, like Vietnam and the Philippines, will join the QUAD, contributing financially and materially to the overall military structure. And then, as is the case in Europe, “Asian NATO” could become a tool to enact American interests in the region.

How much will be left of Greece if this continues. China owns most ports, Germany runs the airports, foreign investores are buying up properties and yet the Greek governement calls this a good thing. A good thing for who? The elites and wealthy? Ask the grandmother that was left homeless or the families that are struggling to put food on the table to feed their kids. Do not be fooled by the pictures of Greeks partying on the islands. Most of them are tourists. The locals can't afford to party. On top of that, Europe is forcefeeding Muslim migrants to Greece and the Greek governement is useless in saying no. Greece has no money to to be able to house these Muslims. So again I ask, how long will the Greeks put up with this economic occupation.

Federal taxes are due on April 15, but a growing number of Americans are refusing to pay as an act of resistance against President Donald Trump’s administration. Attorney Rachel Cohen is one of them. Cohen is an organizer who has been pepper-sprayed and tear-gassed for protesting Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s violent deportations. This year, she decided she needed to withhold payment of her federal tax dollars as another form of protest.
