The Congressional Budget Office (CBO), a nonpartisan entity, reported on Wednesday that the national debt of the United States is projected to soar to $64 trillion over the next decade. This increase is attributed partially to annual deficit growth, linked to tax cuts introduced by President Donald Trump.
According to the CBO's 164-page report, the federal deficit—defined as the yearly difference between government expenditures and income—is anticipated to climb from $1.9 trillion in the fiscal year 2026 to $3.1 trillion by 2036. The anticipated revenue shortfalls resulting from Trump’s notable tax cuts are expected to surpass the $3 trillion in revenue from newly implemented tariffs.
With all the taxes the government steals from us, it's scary to think that one soon this will be the down fall of the United Steates as other nation will refuse to business with us
