DOUBLE STANDARD??

Why is it OK for the elite left to acccept money from people like George Soros, who by the way would love to see the demise of the United Sates, yet they are against others giving money to conservative groups?

EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT

Management, like it or not, needs to be like personal trainers, mentoring associates in all sorts of ways. For some associates Wal-Mart truly is their second home, and some even come to work just to escape the realities of home life or any other personal crisis they may be facing. Management must be able to handle all sorts of issues that arise with associates, be it work related or personal. Management must be compassionate, to a point, and able to adapt to any situation that arises with an associate, and by being there for an associate, and making the associate feel that Wal-Mart truly is a great place to work because there is a management team that works with the associates and for the associates, and by providing that feeling then there is an increase in productivity and that increases sales. As associates are happy, they are spreading that feeling of happiness towards the consumer and when the consumer feels good, then it makes for an enjoyable shopping experience for them and they will come back, spend more, and even bring other friends. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, and when someone feels good for shopping at Wal-Mart, they will tell others. How do you boost achievement, reduce performance gaps, and nurture happier and more confident associates? The better the relationship, up to a point, you have with the associates, the more they will do. Management should look at the associates as a team, and be the coach, let us say football, and must be able to have the team work like a Swiss watch in order to achieve the end result, win, and in this case make sales and create profit. Management should think three or four moves ahead and not be stuck in the now mentality, just like a game of chess. One must thing of for or five moves ahead in order to achieve victory, but if you just think of one move at a time, then defeat is around the corner. Same concept with business. Management must be ready and think for or five steps ahead and prepare the associates ahead of time, and by doing this, productivity is up, sales are up, and profits are up. A win, win situation. But if management coaches badly, then we all know the end result!

WHEN PEOPLE LEAD, POLITICIANS WILL FOLLOW

For the last few days, after the Republican/Conservative victory of Massachusetts U.S Senator, Scott Brown, the Liberal left media, from Chris Mathews, to Wolf Blitzer, as well as the advocates of the Liberal agenda, have been less than supportive of the loud voice the million plus people shouted when they went to the voting booth and elected U.S Senator Scott Brown. WHY?
When People Lead, Politicians will follow, and that is what occurred. The people lead with their vote. The people got tired of being labeled stupid or even racist by being against President Obama, by the Liberal Left Media, and by the advocates of the Liberal Agenda.
When people gathered with a concern over the future of our nation, in various forms, from the tea party gatherings to the town hall meetings, and when they voiced concern over various issues, the Liberal Media, and the Liberal advocates, called these people stupid, and even anti-government racists. When the Democratic Senators and Congressmen/women were asked legitimate questions, during their town hall meetings, the Elite Democratic Politicians snubbed the people by basically saying, “How dare you ask that to me, I know better than you”.

Well, we the people are not stupid, and we the people have spoken and will continue to speak, and if President wants to succeed, he needs to put his ideology and Liberal friends aside and start listening to the people.

MARTIN LUTHER KING

Tim --

Over 40 years ago, I stood with Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. on the steps of the U.S. Capitol during the March on Washington. Tomorrow, our nation will commemorate his life and work.

I recorded a short video about what this day means to me and all Americans. Please watch it today.

Dr. King's words inspired me to join the civil rights movement and begin my own fight for a more just and equal nation.

Tomorrow is a day to honor his legacy and reflect on how far we've come.

But it's also a day to rededicate ourselves to building an America where all are treated equally and every eligible American can cast a ballot and have it counted.

Please watch and share today:

Representative John Lewis

HELPING HUMANITY SURVIVE

Tim --

On Tuesday, a catastrophic earthquake struck near Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The full extent of the damage is still being assessed, but the death toll -- already in the thousands -- is climbing fast.

This is the worst earthquake to hit the area in more than 200 years. Entire communities have been ripped apart and as many as 3 million people have been directly affected, including tens of thousands of American citizens who are in Haiti.

Our neighbors in Haiti are racing to confront the enormous devastation -- and this community can help.

Click here for more information about essential relief efforts and ways you can help today.

Footage is pouring in of homes collapsing, Haitians carrying injured family members, and hospitals being overrun in what was already the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere.

I have directed my administration to respond with a swift, coordinated, and aggressive effort to save lives. Personnel from the United States and our partners in the international community are on the ground in damaged areas right now, working side by side with the Haitian people. They're providing much-needed food, water, and sanitation supplies, saving lives and helping local communities start to rebuild.

Despite the fact that we are experiencing tough times here at home, I encourage those who can to reach out and help. It's in times like these that we must show the kind of compassion and humanity that has defined the best of our national character for generations.

As this story continues to unfold, I hope you will continue to keep the people of Haiti in your thoughts and prayers, as well as the many Haitian-Americans who have done so much to enrich our country and who are worried about friends and loved ones in this time of need.

Thank you,

President Barack Obama

Employer, and most speak English.

6. Wal-Mart is the largest company in the history of the World.
