WHAT IMMIGRATION POLICY SHOULD THE U.S PURSUE

What immigration policy should the U.S pursue? NONE!! We have rules, laws and policies already in place that would actually work if implemented, but instead we have public officials that look the other way when we need to enforce these laws. Sadly, self interests has tied up the long arm of the law. Wealthy people use and abuse the illegal immigrants for their profits, and politicians who see these illegal immigrants as potential future votes, and yes the Liberal Elite do not really care for the plight of the immigrants, they only want them for their potential vote, and thus turn a blind eye on the rules, laws and policies that need to be enforced. My parents came from Greece as immigrants and they followed the laws, as did others, and now they are American citizens and proud of it because they did it the right and hard way. They earned it. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy and I am committed to doing everything I can to help them thrive. Time and again, I have heard from small businesses that skyrocketing healthcare costs are their biggest concern. Since 2000, health insurance costs for small businesses have increased 129 percent. Less than half of America's smallest firms can currently afford coverage and those that can afford insurance pay more for less.
