Timothy Geithner is on his way out as Treasury Secretary, due to his involvement in the AIG scandal that is now unraveling in hearings before the House Oversight and Reform Committee. But why stop there?

An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had once failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer. The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama's plan". All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A... After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little. The argument to have term limits on elected public officials is a waste of time. We the people have the power of the vote that decides who stays in and how long. We the people elect these public officials with the notion they will serve and work with us, and if someone we elected is actually doing the right thing and working for the good of the people, then he or she should be voted in as many times as long as they are doing the right thing. BUT!! If we elect a public official that has not kept his or her word, then we the people have the power of the vote, to term his or her limit in public office. It is our fault, not the public officials. If we the people used the power of the vote the argument over term limits would not exist. We the people must be aware of what is going on and not fall asleep, and sadly some public officials take advantage of this, knowing the American people are not always awake. Why is it OK for the elite left to acccept money from people like George Soros, who by the way would love to see the demise of the United Sates, yet they are against others giving money to conservative groups?

Management, like it or not, needs to be like personal trainers, mentoring associates in all sorts of ways. For some associates Wal-Mart truly is their second home, and some even come to work just to escape the realities of home life or any other personal crisis they may be facing. Management must be able to handle all sorts of issues that arise with associates, be it work related or personal. Management must be compassionate, to a point, and able to adapt to any situation that arises with an associate, and by being there for an associate, and making the associate feel that Wal-Mart truly is a great place to work because there is a management team that works with the associates and for the associates, and by providing that feeling then there is an increase in productivity and that increases sales. WHEN PEOPLE LEAD, POLITICIANS WILL FOLLOW For the last few days, after the Republican/Conservative victory of Massachusetts U.S Senator, Scott Brown, the Liberal left media, from Chris Mathews, to Wolf Blitzer, as well as the advocates of the Liberal agenda, have been less than supportive of the loud voice the million plus people shouted when they went to the voting booth and elected U.S Senator Scott Brown. Tim -- Over 40 years ago, I stood with Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. on the steps of the U.S. Capitol during the March on Washington. Tomorrow, our nation will commemorate his life and work.
