My year end 2014 venting.
As 2014 comes to a close, and leaving behind much chaos and calamity, we are
about to enter a New Year and new hope? I don't think so. 2015 will
be a year of UNEXPECTED
and UNCONTROLLABLE events.
Right before our eyes, we see a super-division of the world, a separation
into major groups -- the developed and the developing world. The rich and the
poor. The developed world and the elite rich, usurps and wastes
three-quarters of the world's food and 83 per cent of the resources. The Third
World, as it is called, has to make do with the rest. As a result, 38 million
people are, at this moment, starving to death in a world with a huge surplus of
food. We have a 10 per cent per capita surplus of food in the world, so
no one need starve.
From almost every point of view the situation facing people everywhere,
here in the Unites States and the world, grows daily more painful. The economic
chaos resulting from years of unlicensed greed and heartless competition lays
waste the honest toil and aspiration of countless millions. On the whole,
people of money go blithely on, their treasure intact, while men and women in
every country face joblessness, poverty and fear. More accurate readings of
climatic changes show people how close this planet is to irreversible calamity,
and alarm bells sound loudly on many political fronts, raising to new levels
the factor of stress.
How much more of this tension can humanity bear?
For how long will people in the United States and the world accept, mildly,
their fate? Desperate people do desperate deeds and already in their minds, if
not yet in their actions, many contemplate revolution.
Over the last two decades, there has been a buildup
of a deep frustration within the vast majority of people. There is anger, and a
feeling of betrayal. Everyone agrees that the United States of America, is the
greatest country in the world, but the feeling is that our elected public
officials are slowly bringing the United States to her knees. Complaints are
everywhere heard. From our most considerate and virtuous citizens, equally the
friends of private and public faith, and of public and personal liberty, that
our government is too unstable, and the public good is disregarded in the
conflict of rival parties, and of personal gains. Measures are too often
decided, not according to the rules of justice and the rights of the minor
party, but by the superior force of an interested, and overbearing majority.
It is sad, but yet very disturbing to know, that
most of the time our government is dictated by the major and powerful
corporations. It seems that the CEOs and board members that reside on Wall
Street are more influential and powerful than Congress. Actually the members of
Congress are nothing but puppets, and the puppet masters control them from Wall
Street.
Not so long ago, members of
Congress were real people, with real jobs, in real communities throughout the
country. They played an integral part in the civic, economic, and social
affairs of their constituencies. They went to Washington temporarily, and then
they came back home. For all practical purposes, today’s members of
Congress consider Washington their home. When they do decide to go back to
their communities, back to their constituents, they act like tourists in their
own district. We must restore Congress back to a citizen legislature, and not
just a bunch of bureaucrats.
It costs over one billion
dollars a year to run Congress itself. Members of Congress make an average of
$175,000.00 a year as federal employees. The Congressmen/women make many times
more than their constituents, and they have the nerve to ask for pay raises
because they commute, and have overnight excursions? But the problem is not
just a matter of Government expense or Congressional pay, but a matter of
function, and faithful representation.
People from all parts of the
country, black, white, male, female, young, old, republican, democrat, feel
that Congress has lost touch with the real world, and as to what role it should
play. Sometimes one wonders, because the opposite of “pro is con”, so does this
mean that Congress is opposite of progress? The Congressional role is to
represent the people on major policy decisions, to translate the public will
into public law on matters of national and international importance. Congress
as an institution should go to the people a great deal more often. There is no
law that states that every Congressional meeting must be in Washington. A few
hearings or meetings should be scheduled in other parts of the country.
There would be plenty of
positive benefits for taking the Congressional show on the road. Our
Congressmen, our elected officials, will get a firsthand understanding of
dioxin, or a shutdown steel mill can do to his or her community. Holding
meetings and hearings outside Washington could also increase their grass roots
character, and encourage greater and broader citizen participation.
A member of Congress does not
have to be in Washington every day in order to be a conscientious and skillful
legislator, and he or she can’t be in Washington every day and remain truly a
representative to the people back home.
What does this
all mean? Simple. Our public officials must take care of the United States, and
its citizens. A strong economy will create strong families, and that creates a
high level of human nature.

Wall Street wages war on people
On September 11, 2001, we were attacked by Muslim terrorists in order
to kill and inflict fear into the American people and the world, took place in
one day, yet sadly jobs lost due to the “ECONOMIC TERROR ATTACK” by greedy and
savage CEOs and financial entities, hiding, not in caves of Afghanistan, but
right here in our own back yard, Wall Street, has been waging a slow and steady
guerilla warfare, spread over a period of time, and affecting millions of
people.
What happens when U.S manufacturing jobs are replaced by service jobs,
as manufacturing jobs are being moved out of the U.S to other nations, is that
our American workers are paid less in service jobs, and have to work two or
three jobs to sustain their families, just to survive. However, such U.S corporations,
their executives and the investors make unreasonable and undeserved amounts of
money.
Cheap labor and lower costs abroad mean lower costs for the
corporations. Prices are maintained or increased here in the United States, and
the results are higher profits for the CEO terrorists, the rest of their
allies, plus all of those who are involved in manipulating stock prices and
similar depredations upon the people of the United Sates, make outrageous
amount of money. We the people pay the piper, which is the bill for these
relatively few people getting sickeningly large amounts of dollars at our
expense.
Sadly our politicians who are working with the CEO terrorists argue
that Americans now have more jobs available, in what is a service economy. Sure
there are jobs, but they are jobs that pay way less, and people have to work

Great news here! A corrupt county board in Clark County Illinois just got arrested by two veterans in a citizen arrest! In the video at the 1:50 mark you will hear one of the veterans ask if they are going to allow public comment. They say No and then the veterans say they are going to do a citizen’s arrest of the board! They basically start trying to laugh it off until they find out the cops are coming to arrest them! Watch the cocky attorney lady trying to lie and say what they did was okay until she gets put in her place by the exact statute! They arrest all board members except the one that did not vote to not allow comments! It’s great to see a corrupt county board get put in their place thinking they can do whatever they want and not all the people to speak! This is called WINNING! The question is not where we are, but what direction are we heading.
Good morning to all. Very important day today and significant as well. Today we show people around the world just how powerful our voice is. We show the world, our voice to vote is more effective in changing the course of our nation in a civilized manner, with no riots or mass demonstrations.
Today our voice to vote means more for our country and for the well being of the people, more than ever before in... our history. Many will disagree, but our nation is heading closer and closer over a waterfall and unless we do something and throw a life line for Uncle Sam, our nation will not be the same as we knew it. Heck, it is getting to the point that people can't even display our nation's flag anymore, because it is offensive? We can't have this. This is our nation. Let's get out and vote. Voice your vote and do not say it makes no difference. Yes it does. When we have fear of being Christians and censored to mention God or mention the name of Jesus Christ. Yes it does make a difference.
Voice your vote, when all that is good is now bad and what is bad is now good, yes your vote counts. When we have officials that embrace Sharia law and refuse our Constitution, yes your vote counts.
So today, do not be lazy. Get up, get out and make your voice count.

There needs to be an effective law that protects workers from bullying and harassment. Too many workers are being attacked at work feeling BOXED in.
The reason I used the term BOXED in, is due to the fact many workers all over the country work for a BIG BOX RETAILER, such as Target, WalMart, Lowes, Home Depot, K Mart, etc. and are being bullied, and harassed. Many workers feel scared and swallow all the abuse due to the fact there is no protection for them and they need their jobs to feed their families, thus they feel BOXED in!
There needs to be an effective law that protects workers from bullying and harassment. Too many workers are being attacked at work from overbearing supervisors.
Current laws only protect employees for issues as sexual harassment, gender, ethnic, etc.
I would like to pursue this because too many businesses take advantage of this and treat their workers like slaves. These employers know that the economy is bad and they know that many employees would rather take abuse because they can't find jobs. Employees need to be protected and feel they have some sort of support on their side.

Eric Frein, what is true or not.
There is no question that Eric Frein needs to be held accountable for the senseless murder of Trooper Dickson. But there are many dots still not connected, and the ones that are, paint a different picture of the situation. Another thing I heard was that the troopers had switched schedules. So maybe Trooper Dickson was mistaken for trooper Douglas. No matter what, a life lost is sad, especially with kids, that have now become fatherless.
There needs to be an independent investigation. There needs to be an answer as to the root cause of the situation. If Trooper Douglas had something to with this, due to his personal life, outside of his work or uniform, it must be looked at and bring the facts to the public. I know for a fact, via some friends that know Trooper Douglas personally, they solicit the same clubs.
If the unwarranted murder of Trooper Dickson, is due to a personal vendetta, the media needs to take a step back and stop the degrading of survivalists, and stop stating that this shooting was directed at government and law enforcement. For example, we keep hearing Frein wanted to commit mass murder. How was this discovered? Show me the proof. Was it on social media? Was it written down? Or was it spat out in haste to paint a false picture. If this was true, he would have killed many more by now.
Dots are connecting, but many more need to be connected as well and once they do, we will find the root cause. I know I will have much more angry private messages on this, but all I am asking is to take a step back, take a deep breath and open your minds. Sure the murder was wrong, and absolutely Frein must be held accountable. BUT!

I can't understand how people are blinded by what is going on. We are under attack. No, not from Russia, or China, but within. We are being attacked and destroyed from within. AUTOMOBILE REGULATIONS
A new feature starting this month. We will be doing a monthly post on some rights you may or may not be aware you have with everyday life issues.
This month we will focus on Automobile regulations
Automobile Regulations
The Automotive Industry Trade Practices regulations detail consumer's rights when buying a car or getting an auto repaired.
One section of the regulations prohibits deceptive advertsising. For example, an automobile advertisement must disclose the following:
The business name and address of the car dealer.
The year, make and model of car.
The conditions of sale including the offer's expiration date and any limitations on the number of vehicles available.
If price is indicated, it must include all charges usual or necessary prior to delivery such as freight, handling and dealer preparation charges, (tax, registration and licensing costs neednot be included, however).
Any known defects existing in the frame, block transmission, or differential; flood damage or inability to pass state inspection.
